Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 8, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all travel, event and advisory services provided by Parea Travel LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Parea," "we," "us"), to you ("you," "client"), and to your use of pareatravel.com. By requesting a proposal, confirming a booking, paying a Parea fee or traveling on arrangements we make, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and everyone traveling or attending under your booking.

If you and Parea sign a separate written agreement (for example, a group, event, charter or consulting agreement), that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

1. Our role

Parea is a travel advisor and booking agent. We design, recommend and arrange travel, events and yacht charters, but we do not own, operate or control any of the suppliers we book. Suppliers include yacht and cruise lines, hotels, airlines, venues, ground transport, restaurants, tour operators and event vendors. Each supplier provides its own services under its own terms and is responsible for them.

2. Bookings and payments

Parea does not accept or hold payments for supplier services. You pay each supplier directly using your own payment method, and the supplier is the merchant of record for that charge. Supplier pricing, deposits, payment schedules and payment deadlines are set by the supplier and given to you before you confirm.

A booking is confirmed only when the supplier confirms it. If a deposit or final payment is missed, the supplier may cancel the booking and apply its own penalties. Parea is not responsible for those penalties.

3. Prices and currency

Prices quoted are the supplier's prices at the time of the quote and can change until the supplier confirms the booking and receives payment. Taxes, port fees, gratuities, fuel surcharges and government charges may change after booking as suppliers and authorities set them. Some suppliers price in currencies other than US dollars. Any US-dollar figure we give for a foreign-currency price is an estimate, and the amount actually charged depends on the supplier and your card issuer's exchange rate and fees.

4. Parea fees

Parea charges fees for its services. Any fee will be disclosed to you and agreed with you before we begin work together.

5. Supplier terms, changes and cancellations

Your booking is subject to each supplier's terms, including its cancellation, refund, change, attrition and liability terms. Parea will share supplier terms with you or tell you where to find them, and you agree to read them before you confirm. Cancellation and change requests must be made in writing to Parea. The supplier decides whether a refund, credit or change is available and on what terms. Itineraries, ports, venues, accommodations and schedules can change for reasons the supplier controls, including weather, sea conditions, port authority decisions and operational needs.

6. Groups, events and corporate programs

For group travel, events and corporate programs, the person or company that confirms the booking (the "contracting party") is responsible for:

  • Meeting the supplier's room-block, attendance minimums, final-numbers deadlines and food-and-beverage minimums, and paying any attrition or shortfall charges the supplier contract sets.
  • Collecting and providing accurate guest names, details and requirements by the deadlines we give.
  • Sharing these Terms and the relevant supplier terms with every guest.
  • The conduct of its guests. Suppliers may remove any guest whose behavior is unsafe, unlawful or disruptive, with no refund, and the contracting party is responsible for any resulting damage or charges.

Guests are responsible for drinking responsibly. Alcohol is served only to guests of legal drinking age under the supplier's policies and the law of the place of service. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult who is responsible for them throughout.

7. Yacht charters

For private yacht charters, Parea acts as your agent or broker. The charter is governed by the charter agreement between you and the yacht owner or operator, including its terms on payment, the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) or onboard expenses, cancellation, itinerary, weather, safety, guest limits and liability. The captain has final authority on all matters of safety and navigation, including changing or cancelling an itinerary. Parea is not a party to the charter agreement and is not responsible for the vessel, its crew or its operation.

8. Limitation of liability

Parea is not responsible for any act, omission, error, delay, injury, loss, damage, illness, accident, cancellation, overbooking, bankruptcy or failure of any supplier, or of any person not employed by Parea.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Parea's total liability to you for any claim related to our services is limited to the Parea fees you paid for the booking the claim relates to. Parea is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or enjoyment.

You agree to indemnify Parea against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or the acts of you or your guests.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for Parea's own gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Travel documents, health and entry requirements

You are responsible for having valid passports (many countries require six months of validity), visas, transit permits, vaccination or health documents, and any other entry or exit requirements for every country on your itinerary, including countries you only transit or visit by sea. Requirements differ by nationality and change often. Parea may share general guidance, but you should confirm requirements with the relevant government authorities. Parea is not responsible if you or a guest is denied boarding or entry.

International travel carries risks. US citizens can check travel advisories at travel.state.gov; travelers of other nationalities should check their own government's advisories.

10. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation and interruption, medical care, emergency evacuation and baggage, bought soon after your first payment. Medical care at sea and in remote destinations can be very expensive, and your regular health insurance may not cover you abroad. If you decline insurance, you accept responsibility for losses insurance would have covered.

11. Events outside anyone's control

Parea is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, epidemics, government action, travel restrictions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, port closures or supplier failure. Refunds or credits in these situations are decided by each supplier.

12. Photography and media at Parea-hosted events

Parea may photograph or film Parea-hosted receptions, dinners and experiences. By attending, guests agree that Parea may use these images and recordings in its marketing, including on its website and social media, without payment. A guest who does not want to appear in Parea content can tell us in writing before or during the event, and we will make reasonable efforts to exclude them.

13. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate and complete information, including legal names as shown on passports, dates of birth where suppliers require them, and any dietary, medical, mobility or accessibility needs. We will pass these requests to suppliers but cannot guarantee that they are met. You agree to review all confirmations and documents promptly and tell us of any error within 48 hours.

You agree not to dispute a Parea fee with your card issuer for services already provided, and to contact us first so we can resolve any concern.

14. Supplier relationships and compensation

Parea receives commissions and other compensation from many of the suppliers we book. Parea may also have consulting or commercial relationships with some suppliers, and Parea is a member of a travel network that provides supplier benefits. These relationships help us secure benefits for our clients. Our recommendations are based on what we believe fits your trip.

15. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before starting any claim, you agree to contact Parea in writing and give us 30 days to resolve it informally. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Miami-Dade County, Florida, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. Claims must be brought individually and not as a class or representative action.

If arbitration does not apply, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

16. International clients

Parea is based in the United States and provides its services from Florida. If you live outside the US, you agree that our services are provided in Florida and that these Terms apply, except where the law of your country gives you consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract. These Terms are written in English, and the English version controls.

17. Website

Content on pareatravel.com, including text, photos, video and logos, belongs to Parea or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Supplier names, photos and trademarks belong to their owners. Website content is for general information, and availability and pricing are confirmed only at booking.

18. Seller of Travel disclosures

Parea Travel LLC is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel. Registration No. ST45144.

19. General

Parea may update these Terms. The version on our website when you confirm a booking applies to that booking. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Parea's failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with any written proposal or agreement, are the entire agreement between you and Parea about our services.
